Privacy Policy
The details you give us are used only by restaurantOS to contact you about our products. We do not sell, rent, trade or share your personal information with anyone, including advertisers, data brokers, partners or other companies.
Who we are
restaurantOS is operated by Radial Networks, LLC ("restaurantOS," "we," "us"). This website covers two products: restaurantOS Hub, a place for restaurant industry jobs, news and events, and restaurantOS Sales Intelligence, a buying-signal product for teams that sell to restaurants. Both are coming soon.
What we collect
When you use the "Get notified at launch" form on restaurantOS Hub or restaurantOS Sales Intelligence, we collect what you give us:
- Your name, company name and email address.
- The module you're interested in: rOS Hub Free, rOS Hub Pro or rOS Sales Intelligence.
We also record:
- Which page you signed up from: restaurantOS Hub or restaurantOS Sales Intelligence.
- The date and time you submitted it.
- Your approximate country, which our hosting provider works out from your connection. We do not store your IP address.
We don't ask for anything else, and we never use advertising cookies.
Cookies and analytics
With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use restaurantOS, for example which pages are visited and which buttons are clicked. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to do this. We only turn it on if you click Accept in the cookie banner. If you click Decline, no analytics cookies are set.
We store your choice in your browser so we don't ask again. You can change it at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. Analytics data is used only to improve restaurantOS and is never sold or used for advertising.
How we use it
We use your information only to:
- Email you about the launch of the restaurantOS modules you're interested in.
- Understand, in aggregate, how much interest there is and where it comes from.
We will not add you to unrelated marketing lists, and we will not use your information for any purpose you haven't signed up for.
We never sell or share your data
We do not sell, rent, trade or share your personal information with third parties. Not with advertisers, not with data brokers, not with partners, and not with the restaurant companies or vendors featured on restaurantOS.
The only way your information leaves our control is if the law requires it, for example a valid court order. If that ever happens, we will disclose only what is legally required.
Where your data is stored
Your information is stored in a secure database hosted by Supabase. Supabase stores it on our behalf, under contract, and may not use it for its own purposes. Your data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest, and access is limited to the restaurantOS team.
This website is hosted by Cloudflare, which also securely stores the details you give us through the "Get notified at launch" form, under the same terms.
How long we keep it
We keep your information until our launch communications are complete, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
Your choices and rights
- Unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.
- See, correct or delete your information by emailing us. We will act on your request within 30 days.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the California Consumer Privacy Act. We honor those rights for everyone, wherever you are.
Acceptable use of restaurantOS data
The jobs, news, events, buying signals, brand profiles, contacts and other information on restaurantOS (together, "restaurantOS data") are available only to signed-in users, for their own legitimate business use. By using restaurantOS, you agree that you will not, and will not help anyone else to:
- Scrape or harvest restaurantOS data using bots, crawlers, scripts, browser extensions or any other automated means.
- Copy, download or export restaurantOS data in bulk, except through an export feature we provide, and only within the limits of that feature.
- Resell, republish, license or share restaurantOS data with anyone outside your account, or use it to build or train a competing product, database or service.
- Share your login, or access restaurantOS through another person's account.
- Get around our security, including rate limits, access controls or monitoring, or try to access data or systems you are not authorized to use.
- Use restaurantOS data with ill intent, including spam, harassment, fraud, discrimination, or anything that breaks the law or anyone's rights.
Exporting data is allowed only where restaurantOS includes a feature for it. If no export feature exists for a type of data, exporting it is not authorized.
We monitor for misuse. If we find a violation, we may suspend or close the account without notice or refund, and we may pursue every remedy available to us under the law, including recovering damages.
No refunds
Paid restaurantOS plans give you immediate access to restaurantOS data once you sign in securely. Because that data can't be returned once it has been seen, all payments are final and non-refundable, including for partially used subscription periods, unless the law requires otherwise. You can cancel at any time to stop future charges. Free trials are free, so there is nothing to refund.
Children
restaurantOS is built for professionals and is not intended for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. If a change affects how we use information you've already given us, we will email you first. We will never change our promise not to sell or share your data.
